Nepali celebrities and people were together today at Basantapur to light
candle and create Dharahara which was destroyed by earthquake last year
at today’s date. The purpose of lighting candle in huge number was to
remember all those dead people who died due to earthquake last year. Due
to earthquake that strike Nepal on Baisakh 12 last year, thousands of
people were died and many houses were destroyed due to earthquake. For
remembering all those dead people, today We Will Rise foundation
organized such a big event where many people collected and lighted
candle together and remembered the dead bodies. A small girl lighted the
candle and started the campaign today. Hundreds of people were present
